TUMBLE PROGRAM
Ever wanted to perform flips safely, without the pressure of competition? Our tumble program is designed to provide strong foundations for all tumbling skills. Our program is based on levels from Foundation - Level 4. Each level builds on skills from the previous level.
Once each skill is executed with perfection consistently, athletes will be presented with an achievement of level ribbon, and are then eligible to immediately progress to the subsequent level - They don't have to wait till the next term, they can start working on more advanced skills right away.

TUMBLE LEVELS
FOUNDATION

Learn how to perform key shapes that form the basis of all tumbling accurately and consistently.
LEVEL 1
All ages

Build on your new knowledge of foundation skills. Start going upside down more with beginner tumbling.
LEVEL 2
All ages
1 hr
Safely add in speed to your skill set. Adding on from level one, we put drills into action, learning the back handspring.
LEVEL 3
All ages

Learn how to do flips without hand support (i.e tucks).
LEVEL 4
All ages

Begin connecting your tumbling skills into longer, more complex passes. Learn standing tucks, and layouts.
